Finding Calm in Life's Tides

Allan is kind and evidently very knowledgeable. His gentle and down to earth manner put both myself and my daughter at ease. He listened to my daughter and gently coached her through the conversation in order to understand how best to work with her. The suggestions and techniques that followed were pitched for my daughter's age and stage and she clearly felt empowered by the session. Allan is comfortable working with young people and vice versa - my daughter will say if something is not working for her and Allan encouraged her to be up front with him so that they could work out the best support together. By the end of the session I also had a sense of hope and clarity about moving forward positively and with an understanding of how to support my daughter to implement the strategies that Allan had suggested and practiced with us. We are lucky to have Allan working in the Cowal and Bute area and I would recommend his services to any individual or family.
